TERMS OF USE OF THE TICKETING SYSTEM
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are valid between DuoClassico OÜ and the User.
Valid from March 1, 2025.
1. Definitions
1.1. Ticketing System - web platform for ticket sales, accessible through the website duoclassico.eu, including all its components, functions and services.
1.2. User - natural person or legal entity who:
1.2.1. Uses the Ticketing System to purchase tickets
1.2.2. Has the right to enter into transactions according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia
1.2.3. Has read and agreed to these Terms
1.2.4. Has provided accurate information during registration or purchase
1.3. Organizer - legal entity or natural person who:
1.3.1. Organizes and conducts the Event
1.3.2. Bears full responsibility for conducting the Event
1.3.3. Sets ticket prices and sales conditions
1.3.4. Determines the rules for attending the Event
1.3.5. Is responsible for refunds in case of Event cancellation
1.4. DuoClassico OÜ (hereinafter - the Intermediary):

1.4.3. Acts as an intermediary between the Organizer and the User
1.4.4. Provides technical capability for concluding the Purchase Agreement
1.4.5. Processes payments and issues electronic tickets
1.5. Purchase Agreement:
1.5.1. Is concluded between the Organizer and the User
1.5.2. The subject of the agreement is the right to attend the Event
1.5.3. Is confirmed by the issuance of an electronic Ticket
1.6. Ticket:
1.6.1. Electronic document confirming the right to attend the Event
1.6.2. Contains a unique identification code
1.6.3. Includes information about the Event, date, time and venue
1.6.4. Can be personalized or bearer
1.6.5. Valid only when presented in original form
1.6.6. Gives right to refund in case of Event cancellation or postponement
1.7. Event:
1.7.1. Cultural, entertainment or other event
1.7.2. Takes place at a specific time and venue
1.7.3. Has attendance rules established by the Organizer
1.7.4. May be cancelled or postponed by Organizer's decision
1.7.5. Access is granted only with a valid Ticket

3. Intermediation and Conclusion of Purchase Agreement
3.1. General Provisions:
3.1.1. DuoClassico OÜ acts as an intermediary between the Organizer and the User
3.1.2. The Intermediary provides technical capability for concluding the Purchase Agreement
3.1.3. The Intermediary acts on behalf and in the interests of the Organizer
3.1.4. The Intermediary is not a party to the Purchase Agreement
3.1.5. The Intermediary is not responsible for conducting the Event
3.2. Agreement Conclusion Process:
3.2.1. Selection of tickets by User in the Ticketing System
3.2.2. Review of purchase conditions and Event rules
3.2.3. Provision of necessary data for ticket issuance
3.2.4. Selection of payment method
3.2.5. Order confirmation and agreement to terms
3.2.6. Order payment
3.2.7. Receipt of electronic ticket
3.3. Intermediary's Obligations:
3.3.1. Ensure correct operation of the Ticketing System
3.3.2. Provide current information about Events
3.3.3. Ensure payment security
3.3.4. Issue electronic tickets in a timely manner
3.3.5. Inform about changes in the Event
3.3.6. Provide technical support to users
3.4. Limitations of Intermediary's Liability:
3.4.1. The Intermediary is not liable for:
- Event cancellation or postponement
- Changes in Event program
- Quality of Event execution
- Actions or inaction of the Organizer
3.4.2. The Intermediary does not reimburse additional User expenses related to Event attendance
3.4.3. The Intermediary does not guarantee availability of specific seats or tickets
3.5. Intermediary's Rights:
3.5.1. Limit the number of tickets purchased
3.5.2. Cancel suspicious transactions
3.5.3. Block system access in case of terms violation
3.5.4. Request additional information for verification
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. General Requirements for User:
4.1.1. User must be:
- Adult (not younger than 18 years) capable natural person, or
- Minor with legal representative's permission, or
- Authorized representative of a legal entity
4.1.2. User must have:
- Valid email address and phone number
- Technical capability to receive electronic ticket
- Ability to make payments through offered payment methods
4.1.3. User must review and agree to:
- These Terms of Use
- Specific Event rules
4.2. User Rights:
4.2.1. Basic rights:
- Use the Ticketing System to purchase tickets
- Receive complete information about the Event and purchase conditions
- Receive technical support when problems arise
- Request refund in established cases
4.2.2. Rights when purchasing tickets:
- Use any of the offered payment methods
- Receive electronic ticket immediately after payment
- Purchase tickets for third parties
4.3. User Obligations:
4.3.1. During registration and purchase:
- Provide accurate personal data
- Specify valid email address and phone number
- Verify correctness of entered information
- Keep payment confirmation
4.3.2. When using ticket:
- Store ticket in a secure place
- Not transfer ticket to third parties
- Have documents for discounted tickets
- Comply with event attendance rules
4.4. Prohibitions and Restrictions:
4.4.1. User is prohibited from:
- Using someone else's payment methods
- Providing false data
- Reselling tickets
- Creating ticket copies
5. Payment
5.1. Payment Methods:

5.5. After successful payment, User receives:

5.6. Payment Refund:
5.6.1. Refund conditions:
- When event is cancelled
- When event is postponed
5.6.2. Refund process:
- Refund is made to original payment method
- Refund period up to 10 business days
6. Ticket Returns
6.1. General Provisions:
6.1.1. Right to return ticket:
- User has the right to return ticket no later than 3 days before event start
- When event is cancelled by Organizer
- When significant changes are made to event program
6.1.2. Return restrictions:
- Group tickets can only be returned as complete set
6.2. Return Procedure:
6.2.1. Submission of return request:
- By email
6.2.2. Required documents:
- Electronic ticket
6.3. Return Conditions for Event Cancellation:
6.3.1. Full ticket refund:
- When event is cancelled
- When event is postponed more than 30 days
- When significant program changes occur
6.3.2. Organizer's responsibility:
- For timely information about changes in event
- For refund of funds
6.3.3. Return deadlines:
- User notification within 24 hours
- Return procedure initiation within 3 business days
- Return completion within 10 business days
